Course Introduction
This course aims to meet the mandatory minimum requirements for knowledge, understanding and proficiency in Table A-III/4 of STCW Convention for the Function engineering at the support level.
A trainee successfully completing this course and meeting the required performance standards will be: Communications are clear and concise and advice or clarification is sought from the officer of the watch where watch information or instructions are not clearly understood maintenance, hand-over and relief of the watch is in conformity with accepted principles and procedures.
